The Cancer Council Australia advises the Australian Government and other bodies on practices and policies to help prevent, detect and treat cancer. Cancer Council Connect
Operated by the Cancer Council, this peer support program is available in some states and territories and can put you in touch with trained volunteers who have been treated for breast cancer. They can provide support and practical advice about living with family history, breast cancer treatment, survivorship issues and supporting family and friends.
