Menopausal symptoms can be particularly distressing for younger women. Most menopausal symptoms will resolve with time. However, for some women, the stress and emotional burden of menopause can be overwhelming.

What can help with stress?

It’s ok to ask for help. It can be helpful to tell those close to you about what is happening and how your symptoms make you feel. Support and understanding from others can be helpful in managing symptoms.
