Painful joints can be a problem associated with menopause. Sometimes joints can feel stiff and sore.

What can help with bone and joint pain?

  • Exercise can help to maintain a range of movement and maintain a healthy weight.
  • If you have bone or joint pain, tell your GP to check that you don’t have other joint changes, such as arthritis.
