MRI - Magnetic resonance imaging for early breast cancer detection in women at high risk review

The research question addressed by the systematic review was: Does the use of magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) instead of, or in addition to, other modalities improve the diagnosis of breast cancer during screening of asymptomatic women at high risk of breast cancer? Where possible, the review also investigated the impact of age and risk factor subgroup upon the relative diagnostic performance of MRI. 79 page document.
